For all inquiries, please see our “Contact Us” Page, please have shipping, order number, confirmation of order and any other pertinent information at the ready for expedited service

  1. Shipping and Order Status 
    1. Ordering policy
      1. Adding an Item to cart does not reserve stock 
      2. Stock is allocated once payment has been accepted and order confirmed
      3. Changes to confirmed orders cannot be made including, but not exclusively; add/changie items, shipping addresses, method etc.
    2. Timing
      1. We aim to do next day shipping, but please allow 5 business days 
      2. Normal Courier Shipping times apply 
      3. If you have not received your order within 3 days of delivery date, please contact us to get this sorted
    3. Please double check your shipping address before completing check out; unfortunately we do not offer refunds if this leads to undelivered items

 

  1. Non-Warranty Returns & Refunds Policy
    1. We pride ourselves in satisfying you. Please drop us a line at our “contact us” page with feedback; good, bad or otherwise
    2. For warranty/defect/damaged item inquiries, please see our warranty policy and contact us within 24 HOURS of receipt  
      1. Please document these issues with clear photos or video evidence
    3. Should you require a refund, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs. To protect ourselves from fraud, returns and refunds are subject to our discretion. Items MUST BE in completely new form for returns/refunds. This includes the stickers being fully intact, and NOT replaced after being removed, the straps and watch being completely UNWORN, and no damage done to packaging or contents.  
    4. Exchanges/Returns are available for items in COMPLETELY NEW/UNWORN/ w/ STICKERS INTACT condition. Condition will be determined by our QC staff
      1. We will charge shipping for exchanges/returns
      2. This must be requested within 24 hours of shipping delivery date
    5. Wrong Item/Missing Parts
      1. Please Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
        1. The Item(s) Part(s) ordered
        2. The name of the wrong item or missing items you received 
        3. A clear photograph of the item you have received
